We are currently seeing a very exciting further development from Autodesk - even if only Americans with broadband internet are being denied access at the moment. We are talking about the integration of Revit into Autodesk 360, the Autodesk Cloud. For a few days now, Revit 2014 has not only been available for download, but is also being offered as an online trial in the USA.<\/p>\n

The regular Revit version as well as Revit LT can be tested, whereby the only limitation of the trial is the deactivated worksharing with the editing areas.
\nFiles used as part of the trial must be uploaded to Autodesk 360 beforehand.<\/p>\n

Even if this is of course just a first step, I find the direction very exciting - without being dependent on Windows or hardware resources, you could even use Revit on a slim computer (or even iPad?). Definitely very exciting for occasional users, students or as a solution for on the go!<\/p>\n
